These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Travel Advisers visa application portal at tatourizm.com (the "Portal"), operated by Travel Advisers LLC, a company registered in Dubai, UAE ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or submitting a visa application through the Portal, you agree to these Terms.
Travel Advisers is a licensed visa facilitation service. We assist you in preparing and submitting visa applications to the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa processing center. We do not issue visas ourselves — final approval or refusal of any visa application rests solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents you submit through the Portal. We rely on the information you provide to prepare your application. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in visa refusal, and we are not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information you have submitted.
While we make every reasonable effort to prepare a complete and accurate application on your behalf, we cannot and do not guarantee that any visa application will be approved. Visa decisions are made exclusively by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority, based on criteria outside our control.
Service fees displayed on the Portal are separate from any government or embassy visa fees, both of which are shown together at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Once your application has been submitted to the relevant embassy or consulate, fees are generally non-refundable, as embassy fees are typically non-recoverable once submitted. Refund requests for our service fee, prior to submission, may be considered on a case-by-case basis by contacting us directly.
Documents you upload through the Portal are stored securely and are only accessible to you and our authorized staff for the purpose of processing your application. We retain documents only for as long as necessary to process your application and comply with applicable recordkeeping obligations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Travel Advisers LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal, including but not limited to visa refusal, travel delays, or missed travel plans.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
