Documents: passport copies, photographs, bank statements, employment letters, and other supporting documents you upload for your application.
Payment information: payment records are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
We share your information with the relevant embassy, consulate, or visa processing center as necessary to process your visa application — this is the core purpose of our service. We also share payment details with our payment processor to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data and documents are stored on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and encrypted in transit. Uploaded documents are stored in a private location accessible only to you and our authorized staff handling your case.
